Welcome to Prelio. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Prelio provides AI visibility diagnostics that test whether your business appears in responses from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini. The service includes automated diagnostic scheduling, a 14-check technical GEO audit, AI-generated implementation fixes, response insights, custom prompt management, and an interactive dashboard for monitoring your AI visibility over time.

2. Account, Subscription, and Payment

Prelio is offered as a subscription service with three plans: Starter ($79/mo), Pro ($149/mo), and Hypergrowth ($499/mo). All plans begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.

After the trial period, your account will convert to the selected plan and be billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Prelio only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our service
• Use automated systems to generate excessive diagnostic requests
• Share or resell diagnostic reports without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Diagnostic reports are based on live queries to AI platforms and technical analysis of your website. Results reflect current AI platform behaviors, which may change over time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Prelio are owned by WAYF and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use the service for its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimers

Prelio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy or completeness of AI platform responses
• Improvements to your AI visibility following our recommendations
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability

AI platforms independently determine their response content. We provide analysis and recommendations but cannot control AI platform behaviors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAYF and Prelio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Prelio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
